ICAN of St. Louis ICAN of St. Louis is a chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesareans through education, providing support for cesarean recovery, and promoting vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).
Doulas of Greater St. Louis 
The Mission of Doulas of Greater St. Louis is to support, educate and advocate for women and their families throughout the childbearing year and to provide St. Louis Metro area doulas with supportive fellowship and continuing education opportunities.
Mother to Mother provides telephone support and encouragement to women with postpartum adjustment disorder (PPAD). Mother to Mother is the only service of its kind in the St. Louis metropolitan area. We serve all women in the metropolitan St. Louis area, free of charge.
